Is this a WordPress plugin or an online service?
Both. The plugin places the assistant on your website. Your AgentReady subscription provides the connected service, property workspace and conversation management.
Does it invent property information?
The assistant is instructed to use the listings and agency information you supply. AI can still make mistakes, so keep your catalogue current and have your team confirm availability and final details.
What happens when I reach my allowance?
New assistant replies pause when your monthly allowance is used. You can still access your workspace. Upgrade your plan or wait for the next monthly reset; there are no automatic overage charges.
How do customer accounts work?
AgentReady uses an email and password account, with email confirmation and password recovery. Customer registration opens once account services are connected. Visitors using your website’s chat need no account.
Can I use it on Shopify?
WordPress is the first supported integration. Shopify is planned; it is not included as a supported app at launch.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription from your workspace when billing is connected. Cancelling stops renewal; paid access continues until the end of the paid period.
Can you set it up for me?
Yes. The optional setup service covers installation, branding, a property import and onboarding. Contact us to agree the scope before purchasing.
